Head Stop Drill

Tuesday class saw us doing a pretty good warm-up on the pads. We call it 'Fifteens' and guess what?? We have to do each drill fifteen times.
After that we did some of our standard drills then we looked at a new drill called the Head Stop Drill. See the video below.
